Her childhood did happen as a miracle and she grew up in a tough environment. She says that the song "Mambo Sawa" is inspired by the tough experiences that she faced while growing up and she wants to encourage those who might be going through the same situation through the song.

KAMSA
In Mambo Sawa video she features acts by her long time friends and she takes a moment to let the discouraged hearts who are at the verge of giving up not to as God is the ONLY author of their lives and He has control over any situation,  therefore "All Is Well" when one depends on God and no need to worry.

"Never give up in Praying to God. Pray with a clean mind and with faith. When Praying always rejoice in hope that the thing you are praying for will be answered, be patient in time of tribulation and never stop praying to God."

Johnson Mwakazi: God Works Through The Unexpected People

Johnson Mwakazi
Going Through Johnson Mwakazi's facebook fun page and got this inspiring story here which he posted on 20 July at 07:00

Watch Maxton Media Videos
https://www.youtube.com/user/Maxtonmediavideos

"It was about eight o’clock when her son who was
asthmatic developed some complications. He had to
be rushed to the nearest hospital about 1km away
or else it would be fatal. She called a neighbor
who had a car but the neighbor said the car had
no fuel; she called the pastor who said he had
visiting pastors from USA and could not leave
them alone. She decided to carry the son to the
hospital; she could not imagine loosing her only
child to the same sickness that had killed the
husband few years earlier. She had a problem with
her leg and could not move fast enough and the
son was also heavy for her to move faster. Along
the way she met people rushing home from work
who just stared at her. She tried to beg them for
help but they assumed her. She also tried to stop
passing vehicles but they never responded.

There is always a way
She fell many times but she had to keep moving. Then
a man who was mad and used to roam the streets
Unclad noticed her. He came running towards her
and took the son from her. She could not talk but
just pointed the direction of the hospital. The
crazy Unclad man could understand perfectly well
what she meant since he saw the desperate boy
struggling for breath.

He put him on the shoulder
and told the woman “all will be well” as he ran
towards the hospital. The doctors on seeing the
crazy man knew something was really wrong, they
attended to the boy immediately. Ten minutes
later the mother arrived and the doctor broke the
news “if he was brought five Minutes later, he
would have died..” .

God doesn’t have to use Bishops, Pastors, Alfas, family, politicians & rich people with cars to rescue or bless you.

No matter what may come your way, no matter what
you are going through, your life is in His hands &
He has good thoughts for you. I know you will
make it. For there is a friend in God who will wipe
away your tears. The Word says for with GOD all
things are possible!
Type AMEN and SHARE After Reading.. may the
Almighty God bless You All

Florence Andenyi: ANGELA CHIBALONZA INSPIRED ME

Sometimes our very own heroins are not praised in their own soil but in one way or another they will always be noticed when they execute their heroic tasks in their simplest ways.
FLORENCE ANDENYI

Florence Andenyi rest be assured that she is a time bomb in the Gospel Music ministry. Born and raised in Kibera slums, she has come against all tides to represent the body of Christ through music and this lady is just on point. Take time to go through her music and you will agree with me.

Florence took many by surprise after she released her first single video titled Kimbilio which received and continues to receive a massive airplay.

FLORENCE LOVES CHILDREN'S INNOCENCE
Kimbilio

The Song Kimbilio which she says is aimed at praising God for the goodness He has sprinkled in her life when she was going through tough times. For the many who have watched and listened to this song can agree with the fact that the song is very well brought out and reflects the true feeling of submission of a humble heart.

Watch the video here;
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gr6lU4XK_fA

ASANTE VIDEO
Florence went ahead and released another song titled ASANTE, a song that she featured Maurice Katee. She dedicates the song to Grace Wambui Gatubu - a friend's child who was born premature 6 months into pregnancy. Grace who is currently 5 years old is blind, deaf and mute though Florence agues on that Grace can see hear and talk spiritually hence she thanks God for that fact.

Watch the ASANTE video here;

Florence Performing alongside Chiza of 24 Elders

Mungu Yupo
Florence has a very new video titled Mungu Yupo. In the song she uses it to assure her soul that GOD EXISTS and will fight her battles. The song that she featured B2 Shan goes ahead to encourage those who are in various battles not to worry but to submit to GOD WHO FIGHTS OUR BATTLES.

Watch the song Mungu Yupo here;
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxq9KBBHauM

Florence Andenyi is a great song writer, a vocal powerhouse and a lady that anyone who understands music can not give a cold shoulder on her music.

FLORENCE WITH KELELE TAKATIFU
She explains herself  here.
"Honestly I was inspired by the late Angela Chibalonza, I used to listen to her songs and tears would roll down my chicks. Her songs always make me feel I am close to God and that made me develop a soft spot for music in my heart. I am also inspired by The Word of God.

I love giving people hope assuring them that God is able to change their situations no matter what because I am a living testimony.

My Mission
I am into music to accomplish the mission of God in me. Mine is not only a talent but a calling because I don't just do music, I feel I have an appointment with God. My singing is a ministry that God called me to do."

PS JACKES: My Music Ministry Around The World... Read On

Watch Maxton Media Videos here;
https://www.youtube.com/user/Maxtonmediavideos

NAME: Jack Chikuru
STAGE NAME: PS JACKES
INSTRUMENTS: Drums, bass guitar, Piano and percussion

PS Jackes is a Kenyan based gospel artist having started his music in his hometown Kivu, DRC and later moving to Kenya since 1997. He is gradually

elevating his Swahili Gospel tunes on Kenyan, Congolese

and Tanzanian airwaves with his Rhumba, Seben, RNB and Lingala genres. He highlights to us his Music journey;

"I started music at the age of 5 years back in my home town

Kivu, Congo. Since I was raised in a Christian family;

church was the best place to be in my childhood. I

developed interest in music through the church choir in our

home area which was very active. As time flew by I started

playing drums for our choir who embraced my contribution and skills

a lot. At the age of 16 years, I developed special interest in

guitar of which I started learning on how to play guitar and

alas! I was at it.

Besides my academics, I found it relevant for me to enroll in a music school where I grew my skills in playing piano,

drum set, guitar and percussions. I also underwent some

vocal training and this graduated me to a fully trained

music professional.

Moving To Nairobi
My life became music and I henceforth associated myself

with music bands after moving to Nairobi in the year 1997.
PS JACKES

In 2002 I joined the then famous Super Mazembe together

with my friend Kasongo Wa Kanema where we had great secular

performances before I left the band and joined Tas Bolingo

Band as a drumist in 2006. During this time I was

performing in both clubs and churches. We played in many

clubs like Simmers, Club Africa, Deepwest and many other clubs

in Mombasa, Kisumu and Nakuru.

My Salvation
It was until October 2008 when I decided to stop the double

standards living and gave my life to Jesus Christ. This was quite

a decision to make minding all the friends I had made in

the secular world. I started composing and recording songs

that would help me move closer to God. My life took completely a new turn since I got saved.

My Ministry in Europe
moved to Tel Aviv Israel in the year 2009 where I started a gospel band called Bilaka Musica Band and we would perform in several churches in Tel Aviv before relocating to UK where I continue to record my music as a solo artist. I find myself at peace representing Christ and
PS JACKES WITH THE BAND MEMBERS

spreading the word of God through songs. My music has been received well and it has blessed, given hope and delivered the message to many. I have the ability to play and sing all genres of music as long as it is for Christ.

My Inspiration
I get inspired a lot by Michael W. Smith and he remains a great blessing in my ministry and singing.
PS JACKES - Focusing on..

I have managed to record 4 albums titled; Mighty

God, Sifa Mbinguni, Simama and the latest Amani Africa.

Current Projects

Currently I am working on videos for my new album titled Amani Africa. I am working with labels TFM in Canada, Wannas Cloud in Europe and Maxton Media in Kenya. The video shoot is happening in several countries around Europe and according to the producer, the video should be released soon.

This Album is a dedication to my land African with most songs done in Swahili and English with some nice Rhumba, Lingala and RNB styles. Watch out for this album Amani Africa because it's going to minister to the hearts of many.

If asked the gospel artists I would love to work with, I would easily pick on Michael W. Smith, Wilson Bugembe from Uganda, Paul Mwai, Gloria Muliro, Massmasilya, Emmanuel Ushindi and our very own Frere Patrice.

 Performances
I am currently having performances in UK, France, Denmark, Sweden and Brussels. Soon we are planning on a great show in Kenya through Maxton Media Production based in Nairobi, Kenya.
PS JACKES 2nd From Right..

Achievements
In 2010, I was awarded The Best Drumist at the African Festival Awards in Tel Aviv Israel. I have also performed severally on BET Celebration Gospel.

I am Thankful to God for since I gave my life to Him, He has been faithful and I will Serve Him all through my life"

Marggie Dawn: My Husband Risked For Me To Record My Music

MARGGIE DAWN
My walk with the Lord started at the age of 5 years. That's when I gave my life to the Lord. Yes it's true I was young but my heart was out to serving the Lord even at that age. I was much privileged to be with my elder sister who was born again and so it was easy for me to maintain my Christian life.
She went to church conferences with me and I would be given a chance to sing in those conferences or even testify. I remember preaching to my late father about the love of God and I knew that the call of God was upon my life. The ministry of singing started at that tender age as I used to sing in Sunday school and any where I got a chance to minister. I started my primary education in the year 1980 and I continued in the love of Christ. In school teachers would give me a chance to lead a song or two. All through, my vocal prowess developed more and more letting me became the praise and worship leader in my church. By the time I was in class seven back in 1987, I was a good singer and I deepened my relationship with the lord.

Music Recording
I composed many songs   During then which I compiled and kept for many years and by the Grace of God I was able to start recording my first album on 2nd June 2013 with HOSSANA title and had its video done on 2nd June 2014. That is exactly 1 year. This did not just come easy as I waited upon the Lord to record my music for more than 20 years.

Habakkuk 2:3 "..for the vision may tarry but it will surely come to pass.."

Marriage Life
MARGGIE DAWN
I have trusted the Lord with my life and He has been faithful to me. He opened a door for me and on 3rd Dec 2005, I married my Husband Anthony Chege Kabura of whom we are blessed with 2 Children. Shakina Ray 7years and Beracah John 4years.

Support from My Husband
My Man ( Tonie Chege) risked his money when he went out of his way and applied for a loan to give me so that I could record my music. I have seen him walk with one pair of shoes, he has walked hungry without lunch struggling to settle the loan. Have paid the price for me to reach where I am today. Tonie has given me the greatest support that anybody in Ministry would ask for..He gives not because he has but because he has faith in what I do and his life is a sacrifice for me and my children.

Words cannot express everything but in one word I would say that the Lord is faithful and will always come through to those that wait upon him with all their hearts. God RESPECTS AND HONORS a heart that waits upon Him and to such He will never despise.

My Calling into Ministry
MARGGIE DAWN
I know that the Lord has called me to lay a stone in the body of Christ through praise and worship. All the songs I have done are now being sang in many churches and that brings contentment in my heart. It makes me feel that am fulfilling the call of God in my life.

Parting shot: To you who is in Ministry and you feel like things are not working out, you feel like heaven is shut on you, it's like you aren’t moving;
"Jeremia 1:5 - "..Before you were conceived in your mothers womb I knew you, before you were born I sanctified you and ordained you a prophet to the Nations..." - Wait upon the lord, If he has called you, He will make a way. Keep the vision though it may be tarry but it will come to pass. He does everything at His own time and nobody questions Him."

A KIRINYAGA ARTIST SAYS BYE BYE KULEWA

Jaytwoem :- is an uprising music talent that is mostly interested in sing music that touches our daily lives. He has leaned mostly in writing and recording inspirational music and mainstream gospel music. after he released his very first video that talks about alcoholism, we picked interest to know more about him and here is his story

"I am a second born in a family of three.

How I got into Music

I picked interest in music through listening to a number of legendary musicians. I used to sing a long and remix songs by my favorite artists like Shaggy, Sean Paul and Jose Chameleon. I loved

their songs very much and could sometimes remix them and perform for my friends in school and play groups.

I decided to try and write my songs and here is where I realized I could write my own songs.

With time I started visiting studios trying to find out if I could get a chance to record my songs.

Most of the studios demanded for recording fee. This delayed my ambition for music but I kept my head high."

BYE BYE KULEWA
BYE BYE KULEWA
I was born in a rural home where alcoholism is like reporting to school for young men or reporting to work for adults. I have witnessed some of my friends and families who have been very sadly affected by alcoholism and due to this, i had to write a song tittled Bye Bye Kulewa.

JEYTWOEM IN THE VIDEO BYE BYE KULEWA
My new video titled “Bye Bye Kulewa” is zeroed on discouraging use of illicit brew. This song targets to entertain and educate the youths at the same time. Its production has been carefully done to capture the attention of the youths in an effort to deliver the message .

My Opinion
We have to start cleaning the River from the source, if we start by educating the youth, then we will raise a new generation that is well informed on the negative effects of drug and alcoholism.

I am looking forward to partner with potential parties to help sensitize youths on alcoholism in my central region"

My Bye Bye Kulewa Initiative will be up and running soon"

All Artist! Attend Free!! Raytalk 5th Edition

Raytalk is an initiative that I personally consider one of the most innovative platform in this country's Music profile.

The 5th Edition is here and we will be ready to hear from the One and Only Master Record Selector Dj Krowbar of KTN's Tukuza and Tendereza gospel TV shows, The eloquent and outstanding NTV news Anchor Victoria Rubadiri and one of the most inspiring Video Producer J Blessing of Global Link. The event will be happening at Michael Joseph Centre - Safaricom Hse, Along Waiyaki way from 8am to 4pm. If you want to register send your name to 0705 506 613. Entry is free.

Question Time

My Brief Experience
The first time I got an opportunity to attend it was its second edition in March 2013. It was great for the first time getting an opportunity to meet and interact with some of the most talented Presenters, producers, entrepreneurs and Deejays whom I only used to watch on Tv.

When the forum kicked off, there was so much that I learnt and this completely changed my game in terms of Music production, management, protection - copyright, packaging, public relations and many topics that turned up to be of great benefit to me as a music producer, artist manager and music production label owner.I changed my perception towards DJs whom I had for sometime then had tried to submit my productions and not getting airplay. I got a chance to know some of the key principles of Music submission to the deejays, Importance of getting a mentor and the key points to observe when writing a song, self packaging and importance of focus and consistencyWhat I would advise all personalities involved in this Music production and presentation is to try and attend. Its a life changing experience. You will definitely grow beyond limits. My Appreciations goes to the Raymedia C.E.O Raych Njonge with her team for coming up with this great initiative, The ever present personalities like Dr. Ofweneke, who keeps us laughing all through and at some point he gets serious and spiritual.

MC Abel, Victor Mbuvi, Gerriey Wainaina, Sabastian Ngida and Mwenye Haki just to mention but a few.
The facilitators have been great preparing notes and topics that have directly influenced us positively in Music and creative arts. Check the posters for some of the editions has been facilitated by Blue of Sakata Media, Lilian Muli of Cotizen TV, Faith Muturi of Crossover 101, Ian Mbugua among others.Would also thank some of the sponsors who have acknowledged this effort and supported likes of PRiSK, Youth Enterprise, Safaricom, PrinceCam Media etc.
